If need to change your travel plans or cancel a booking, our customer service team is here to help. We offer the following:
- Customers who cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance can receive a full refund.
- Customers with a booking to an attraction that has closed as a preventative measure can receive a full refund.
Disclaimer: A small number of products on GoThrills are non-refundable. This will be explicitly stated at the point of purchase and on your voucher.
Availability of activity booking slots will be limited, and some providers may ask for surcharges to accommodate bookings during these difficult times, particularly within the hospitality sector which has been so badly affected by recent events so be sure to book your activity before spaces run out.
