Are activities open for bookings?
Government restrictions on activities have been lifted in most countries and so in the majority of cases, activities are open for bookings. In some regions of specific areas, Covid-19 outbreaks have prompted authorities to reinstate certain restrictions, which may impact the organising of some outdoor activities.
What if I have booked an activity, but the activity provider has had to close due to the restrictions?
In this situation, you would be automatically reimbursed in full, in cash, or vouchers within 48 hours of such cancellation being confirmed.
Health and Safety measures
To protect your health and safety, as well as that of others, our partnering activity providers have reorganised their activities to comply with new local regulations. This may involve wearing masks, and/or stringent cleaning and sanitising procedures when preparing equipment. As some activities may require you to wear face masks, make sure you bring a mask just in case.
To help instructors to provide the best health and safety practice, please be observant of the rules that they communicate to you when you take part in the activity.
